Director Medical Affairs

Role & Responsibilities
• Lead top management initiatives in medical operations and clinical R&D
• Drive medical strategy for chronic disease areas including Oncology and Diabetes
• Oversee medical R&D activities and clinical data development
• Support product launches through medical input and evidence generation
• Manage medical education initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies and hospitals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business and clinical operations
• Represent the organization in interactions with senior medical professionals

Qualification
• MBBS mandatory
• DNB, MD, or MS from a reputed university preferred

Experience
• Experience working in private specialty clinics or large cancer hospitals
• Mandatory experience in a health tech or digital health startup
• Prior leadership or founding team experience preferred

Skills
• Medical R&D and clinical research expertise
• Clinical data development and interpretation
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management
• Leadership and strategic decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
