🎯 Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end digital marketing and lead a large performance-driven team. This role is for someone who:

• - Works without reminders
  - Leads from the front
  - Delivers results, not presentations
  
  🔧 Key Responsibilities:
  
  Lead & manage a team of 15–20 digital marketing executives and 2–3 team leads
  
  Work very closely with:
  
  - Video editors
  - Graphic designers
  - Content writers
  - SEO & social media teams
  
  Drive growth across:
  - META (Instagram & Facebook)
  - YouTube
  - LinkedIn
  - Influencer marketing
  
  Plan and execute 360° digital marketing strategies
  Ensure timely execution, quality control, and performance tracking
  Handle team coordination, conflict resolution, and negotiations
  Collaborate directly with the founder on brand and growth strategy
