ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions with a patient-centric approach
• Perform general dental procedures including restorations (fillings), extractions, root canal treatments (RCT), and scaling & polishing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and detailed treatment plans
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold ethical standards and deliver high-quality dental care

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) from a recognized dental college
• Valid dental license to practice

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical exposure may also apply

SKILLS:
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to perform general dental procedures with confidence
• Knowledge of sterilization standards and infection control
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Patient-focused approach with ethical practice
