Dentist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a Doctor Administrator, providing clinical oversight and operational support to network clinics
• Monitor and standardize clinical protocols, treatment planning, and patient experience across centers
• Coordinate with resident doctors, specialists, clinic managers, and operations teams for smooth clinic functioning
• Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Support quality audits, process improvements, and performance monitoring of clinics
• Assist in doctor training, SOP implementation, and alignment with ethical treatment practices
• Serve as a clinical point of contact between corporate management and clinics

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with a Master’s in Hospital Management (MHM) or Healthcare Administration
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Proficient in computer usage including Hospital/Clinic Management Software (HMS), EMR systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or hospital management preferred
• Strong understanding of dental clinical workflows and treatment processes
