Dentist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat dental problems including scaling, fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and teeth whitening
• Prescribe medications and recommend required pathological tests (in-house or partner labs)
• Refer patients to partner hospitals for surgeries, inpatient care, and advanced diagnostics
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Conduct village-level dental camps and community outreach programs
• Provide tele-consultations and video consultations when required
• Maintain accurate digital patient records on the MedoPlus App
• Ensure patient data confidentiality and ethical practice standards
• Work on a rotational basis across designated clinics in Barabanki district

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or higher qualification
• Valid license to practice dentistry

Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience as a practicing dentist

Skills:
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of vital signs, patient assessment, and medical terminology
• Ability to perform general dental procedures confidently
• Compassionate and patient-friendly approach
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable using digital health platforms for patient record management

Working Hours:

• Rotational fixed days across two clinics
