Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track clear aligner treatments via the company’s digital platform
• Follow up with patients throughout their treatment journey
• Handle patient queries and escalations, ensuring excellent patient experience
• Act as the first point of contact for customer chats and queries, assign, answer, and resolve chats
• Communicate treatment plans with patients effectively

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in Dentistry
• Dental degree in Dentistry or Orthodontics

Experience:
• 2–6 years of experience, preferably in the aligner space

Skills:
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Fluent in English; native Arabic is preferred
• Ability to manage digital treatment platforms and patient interactions
