Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, comprehensive family dentistry with a focus on preventative care
• Treat patients across all aspects of modern digital dentistry
• Mentor and guide new graduates to support their clinical development
• Work collaboratively with a team of dentists and oral health therapists
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure excellent patient care, communication, and satisfaction
• Participate in continuing professional development and education programs

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent dental degree
• Registration to practice dentistry in Australia

Experience:
• Experience in general dentistry preferred but new graduates are welcome
• Ability to work in a supportive, structured mentorship environment
