Dentist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality dental care to patients across general, cosmetic, and specialist dentistry.
• Perform consultations to determine the best treatment plans.
• Treatment-plan and treat your own patients with the support of an experienced auxiliary team.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and hygienists to provide multidisciplinary care.
• Manage and maintain a growing patient base, including new patient referrals.
• Support internal CPD education and mentoring programs within the practice.

Qualification:
• BDS and AHPRA-registered dentist.
• Current Victorian Radiation licence.
• Previous experience in private practice preferred.

Experience:
• Moderate to advanced level of experience in general dentistry.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary practice with specialist support.

Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused chairside manner.
• Ability to manage treatment planning and complex dental cases.
