Dentist (BDS/MDS)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients
• Diagnose and treat dental issues and diseases
• Perform routine dental procedures and surgeries
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other dental professionals for effective patient care
• Oversee clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Utilize strong patient communication and conversion skills
• Apply clinic management knowledge to enhance operational efficiency

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory
• Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) – Preferred

EXPERIENCE:
• 3 – 8 years of clinical experience
• Experience working with large dental chains is preferred

SKILLS:
• Dentistry and clinical expertise
• Preventive dentistry, dentures, periodontics
• RCT, endodontics, orthodontics, alignment
• Scaling, extraction, cleaning, filling
• Strong patient communication and conversion skills
• Clinic management and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and ethical practice
