Dental Technician

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Fabricate dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, and other appliances
• Read and interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, and models
• Operate dental laboratory machines such as trimming, polishing, casting, and curing units
• Perform basic maintenance and ensure proper usage of lab equipment
• Ensure precision, aesthetics, and functionality in restorations
• Carry out repairs, adjustments, and modifications as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental laboratory
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate with dentists regarding case specifications and timelines

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Certification in Dental Technology

Experience:
• Practical knowledge of dental lab machines and equipment preferred

Skills:
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
