Role & Responsibilities

• Onboard new UK dental clients and handle queries via WhatsApp and email
• Review STL digital files received from partner dental labs in India
• Coordinate with partner labs to ensure high-quality CAD/CAM output
• Upload, download, and manage digital dental design files across portals
• Monitor and manage workflow of digital dental cases
• Resolve administrative issues including billing and account setup
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes
• Stay updated with latest CAD/CAM technologies and techniques

Qualifications

• Qualification from a recognized dental institute

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM dental technology
• Hands-on experience with digital dental workflows

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Exocad or similar dental design software
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good English communication (written and verbal)
• Customer service and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple digital cases efficiently
