Dental Technician (All-Rounder / Admin)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Fabricate crowns, bridges, dentures, splints, and implant restorations.
• Perform model work, wax-ups, and ceramic layering.
• Conduct repairs and adjustments as required.
• Identify and communicate technical issues with clinicians for timely resolution.
• Conduct quality control to ensure all cases meet or exceed dentist standards.
• Assist across lab departments wherever needed.

Qualification:
• Relevant certification or diploma in Dental Technology preferred.

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental lab environment.
• Knowledge across multiple areas of dental technology.

Skills:
• Proficient in lab management software and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical matters to dental professionals.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Organised, reliable, and motivated to grow with the business.
