About the Role
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create a welcoming and empathetic experience for patients
• Coordinate appointment schedules to maximize clinician utilization
• Handle patient enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage patient documentation, billing, and payments
• Liaise with clinicians and dental assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Maintain organized front-desk processes in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATION:
• Relevant educational background preferred
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Previous dental or healthcare reception experience is an advantage
SKILLS:
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
