Dental Practice Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver the practice’s vision and mission
• Perform receptionist duties 3–4 days per week, including appointment management and patient communication
• Handle administrative tasks 1–2 days per week, including billing, planning, and reporting
• Act as treatment coordinator when required
• Provide occasional dental assisting and instrument sterilisation support
• Ensure smooth daily workflow and a premium patient experience
• Oversee receptionist and dental assistant teams in appointment management, clinical procedures, and sterilisation
• Manage stock control, suppliers, and equipment servicing
• Lead staff management and development, including training, performance reviews, rostering, and recruitment
• Monitor financial operations including billing, accounts, budgeting, and reporting
• Report on KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Maintain compliance with dental regulations, infection control procedures, and protocols
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote the brand and expand the patient base

QUALIFICATION:
• Relevant qualification in dental practice management, healthcare administration, or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year of dental practice management experience
• Experience with dental software (EXACT preferred but not required)
