About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage all non-clinical operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service
• Oversee staff rostering, leave coordination, and workforce planning
• Manage timesheets, payroll inputs, and operational reporting
• Supervise ordering, stock control, and supplier management
• Prepare, monitor, and control budgets to ensure cost-effective operations
• Implement and maintain practice policies, procedures, and systems
• Lead, supervise, and manage staff performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Provide chairside assistance when required and support training of new staff
Qualification:
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations and workflows
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager
Skills:
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational reporting
