About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive dental care to ECHS beneficiaries across assigned facilities
• Diagnose, treat, and manage general dental conditions including extractions, fillings, and routine procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure high standards of infection control, hygiene, and patient safety
• Collaborate with other medical staff and departments to deliver coordinated healthcare services
• Participate in health check-ups, preventive care programs, and patient education initiatives
• Attend interviews, workshops, and training programs as mandated by ECHS
• Follow guidelines set by ECHS for patient management and clinical procedures
Qualification:
• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution
• Registration with the State Dental Council
Experience:
• Relevant clinical experience preferred but freshers may apply
Skills:
• Strong clinical knowledge of general dentistry procedures
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to maintain detailed medical records and documentation
• Teamwork and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting
