Dental Clinic Assistant
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support the Dentist and Dental Therapist in day-to-day clinic operations.
• Provide chairside clinical assistance during patient examinations and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with Dental Health Service policies.
• Assist with administrative duties and the smooth running of the dental clinic.
• Work across Bunbury School Dental Service (SDS) and Bunbury Adult General Dental Clinic (GDC) as required.
• Uphold the core values of Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, and Integrity in all interactions.
Qualification:
• Relevant qualifications or experience in dental assisting or clinic support.
• Must be eligible for a Western Australian Working With Children (WWC) Check.
Experience:
• Previous experience in a dental or health service setting desirable but not mandatory.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and provide high-quality support in clinical and administrative areas.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
