About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee all clinical areas to ensure efficient operations
• Manage inventory control and ordering of clinical supplies
• Maintain expert infection control standards
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new clinical team members
• Identify workflow efficiencies across the clinical team
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and colleagues
• Assist clinicians with a wide range of dental procedures
Qualification:
• Relevant dental assisting training or certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and infection control practices
Experience:
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required
• Experience supporting general dental, surgical, implant, or cosmetic procedures is advantageous
• Clinical team management experience is desirable
