Dental Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide chair-side dental assistance to dentists
· Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
· Perform instrument reprocessing and sterilisation
· Interact with patients and provide oral care guidance
· Maintain professional relationships with dentists and team members
· Ensure compliance with organisational policies and infection control standards
· Provide reception and administrative support when required

Qualification:
· Relevant Dental Assisting qualification preferred
· Evidence of immunisations required prior to commencement

Experience:
· Experience in dental assisting preferred (training provided for suitable candidates)
· Knowledge of D4W software preferred but not essential

Skills:
· Strong understanding of infection control procedures
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Strong time management skills
· High level of initiative and motivation
