Dental Assistant

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental treatments and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and arrange required instruments and materials
• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Manage patient records, appointments, and basic documentation
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients in English and Malayalam
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Dental Assistance or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of dental procedures and clinic workflow

Experience

• Freshers with willingness to learn are welcome
• Prior clinic experience is an added advantage

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hygiene and sterilisation protocols
• Ability to multitask and assist efficiently
