Dental Assistant

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist dentists during clinical procedures with chairside support
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays as required
• Maintain accurate patient medical and dental records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Schedule appointments and manage patient documentation
• Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Perform administrative duties to support smooth clinic operations

QUALIFICATION:
• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is acceptable

EXPERIENCE:
• 3 – 8 years of experience in a dental clinic preferred

SKILLS:
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• High attention to detail with a commitment to patient care
• Organizational and time-management abilities
