Dental Assistant
About the Role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Prepare and clean clinical areas while maintaining high hygiene standards
• Deliver excellent patient care in a friendly and supportive environment
• Follow strict safety guidelines and infection control protocols
• Manage stock and dental supplies efficiently
• Offer reception and office support as required
• Work collaboratively within a small team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Multi-task across preventive and conservative dental procedures with training provided if needed
QUALIFICATION:
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential
• Permanent residency or Australian citizenship required
EXPERIENCE:
• Previous experience as a dental assistant or nurse preferred
• Candidates with strong customer service experience are encouraged to apply
SKILLS:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, cheerful, and people-oriented nature
• Ability to follow protocols and maintain compliance standards
• Proactive, efficient, and team-focused approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
