Dental Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
• Identify, handle, and arrange dental instruments appropriately
• Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of instruments
• Prepare and organize the operatory before each patient visit
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients before, during, and after treatments
• Accurately document patient information and treatment updates
• Monitor sterilization processes and maintain records
• Manage dental supplies and inventory to ensure availability
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clinic

Qualifications:
• 10th or 12th pass from a recognized board
• Certification or prior training as a Dental Assistant is preferred

Experience:
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role preferred

Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems is an advantage
