Dental AR

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Call insurance companies on behalf of dentists/dental clinics to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
• Review claims based on status and take actions as per client SOPs
• Verify provider claims that are unbilled, in process, pending additional information, paid, or denied
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable confidentiality laws
• Escalate complex collection issues to management promptly
• Submit completed dental appointments daily for the clinic, verifying X-rays, narratives, and Perio charts
• Request EOBs from insurance companies for secondary/tertiary claims
• Cross-reference medical records and billing information for accuracy
• Verify eligibility for payors before billing claims

QUALIFICATION:
• Any Graduate

SKILLS:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Dental AR
• Knowledge of payment posting, adjustments, and claim edits
• Clearinghouse rejection resolution
• Typing proficiency and Excel/MS Office skills
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and data analysis skills
• Excellent vocal communication and team collaboration
• Adaptable to different shifts, teams, and roles
