Demand Planner - International Market / US Market

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage demand forecasts for domestic and international markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and sales
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer requirements
• Identify gaps in supply and demand and propose solutions
• Support supply planning and inventory optimization
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of demand planning metrics

Qualification:
• B.Pharm / B.E. + MBA (Operations / Supply Chain Management)

Experience:
• Demand Planner – International Market: Minimum 5 years
• Demand Planner – US Market: 1–5 years

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of demand planning and supply chain management processes
• Proficiency in relevant planning and ERP software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
