About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) disclosure projects within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO)
• Work on live clinical trial disclosure and transparency initiatives
• Assist in automation of CTT disclosure projects
• Support public disclosure of clinical research in line with global regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within GSK Global Capability Center
• Develop dashboards and contribute to data analysis and reporting
• Apply basic automation and coding skills to improve process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and transparency requirements
Qualification
• Post-graduate qualification (relevant discipline)
• Strong interest in healthcare, clinical research, and digital solutions
Experience
• Internship / fresher profile
• Prior exposure to automation, dashboards, or coding is an advantage
Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic coding and automation knowledge
• Good understanding of dashboards and digital tools
• Ability to understand complex scientific and healthcare products
• Self-driven, disciplined, and proactive mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic environment
• Confidence to take responsibility and contribute to decision-making
