CTT LSR Apprenticeship

Role & Responsibilities
• Support Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) disclosure projects under the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO)
• Assist with live clinical trial disclosure and reporting activities
• Contribute to automation of CTT processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and analytical reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across medical, regulatory, and digital functions
• Ensure compliance with global clinical trial transparency regulations and internal policies
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex scientific and clinical datasets
• Support data-driven decision-making in clinical research transparency initiatives

Qualification
• M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Regulatory Affairs / Clinical Research)
• MBA (Healthcare / Pharma Management / Business Analytics) with life-science background

Experience
• Freshers / Entry-level candidates
• Post-graduate qualification mandatory

Skills
• Basic to intermediate coding and automation skills
• Knowledge of dashboards, data visualization, or analytics tools
• Understanding of clinical research and regulatory disclosure concepts (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• High attention to detail, adaptability, and decision-making confidence
