CTT LSR - Apprenticeship

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) disclosure projects
• Work on live clinical disclosure and reporting activities
• Assist in automating CTT processes to improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams within GSK
• Ensure compliance with clinical trial transparency regulations and policies
• Apply problem-solving skills to complex, science-driven data sets

Qualification:
• Life Sciences / Healthcare: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research)
• Pharm.D, M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Research, Bioinformatics)
• M.Sc Clinical Research / Clinical Data Management

Experience:
• Freshers or recent postgraduates are eligible; prior exposure to clinical research or data analytics is a plus

Skills:
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Basic to intermediate coding skills
• Knowledge of dashboards, data visualization, and analytics tools
• Understanding of automation concepts
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation
