CRM Medical Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute local Medical Affairs strategic plans aligned with franchise, medical, and Integrated Product Strategy (IPS) plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align medical strategy with local stakeholder needs
• Lead early identification of strategic drivers, patient journey mapping, positioning, target population, and stakeholder segmentation
• Engage with key scientific leaders, healthcare partners, patients, and patient associations to co-create strategies and studies
• Capture, analyze, and internally share medical insights from advisory boards, scientific events, and engagements
• Ensure timely, high-quality responses to medical enquiries in compliance with applicable standards
• Develop and maintain standard response documents for frequently asked medical questions
• Provide medical and scientific input into clinical trials and clinical research activities, including study initiation and oversight
• Share medical insights with cross-functional teams including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, QA, Commercial, and Brand teams
• Identify and assess risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate internal controls within scope of responsibility

Qualification
• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline

Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical role
• Prior experience as a Medical Advisor or Medical Lead preferred

Skills
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia pharmaceutical and healthcare market
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Excellent scientific, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Willingness and flexibility to be based in Riyadh
