Content Delivery Manager - MEA

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management for content production across MEA markets
• Act as primary point of contact for brand teams, digital leads, and creative agencies
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of omnichannel content assets within scope and budget
• Oversee content production for AZ web portals and in-market creative studios
• Coordinate graphic designers, global content partners, and outsourced vendors
• Drive adoption of Global Content Services (GCS) Production & Creative Services
• Monitor KPIs, service performance, risks, and delivery metrics
• Support regional change management and onboarding to new content solutions
• Track financial performance for local and shared production services
• Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field

Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or relevant industry
• Experience in content production, omnichannel marketing, or marketing operations
• Proven cross-functional and stakeholder management experience

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Digital and omnichannel marketing knowledge

Desirable Skills
• Local or Global Brand Marketing experience
• Digital marketing and financial accountability exposure

• Prior experience with GCS or similar marketing operations models
