About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Provide specialist urogynecology consultation and surgical care
• Diagnose and manage pelvic floor disorders and related conditions
• Perform advanced urogynecological procedures as per best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety
Qualification
• MBBS with Speciality qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Qualification must be from a Tier 1 country recognised by UAE licensing authorities
• Subspecialty training in Urogynecology is mandatory
Experience
• Minimum 2 years post-speciality experience in a hospital setting
• Experience must be in Western Europe, North America, or Australasia
• Overall experience range of 2–7 years is preferred
Skills
• Advanced urogynecological clinical and surgical expertise
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities
• Ability to work in a high-standard tertiary care environment
• Familiarity with international clinical guidelines and protocols
