Consultant Physiotherapist

Role & Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation and movement therapy in line with SPARRC’s clinical philosophy
• Conduct detailed physical and functional assessments to identify musculoskeletal and movement-related issues
• Develop structured and personalized treatment and exercise programs
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription grounded in scientific principles
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Communicate effectively with referring physicians and internal clinical teams
• Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications
• Work collaboratively with Fitness Advisors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in workshops, patient awareness initiatives, and SPARRC community programs

Qualification:
• BPT or MPT from a recognized institution

Experience:
• Prior experience in physiotherapy or sports injury management preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical fundamentals may also apply

Skills Required:
• Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic evaluation skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and human physiology
• Manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
• Effective communication and patient interaction abilities
• Ability to work proactively in a high-volume clinical environment
• Documentation and reporting skills
