About the Role

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert advice and technical support in healthcare programs as per NHSRC guidelines

  • Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of health initiatives at state and national levels

  • Collaborate with government officials, healthcare institutions, and stakeholders for program development

  • Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and analyze data to inform healthcare policies

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building activities for healthcare professionals

  • Contribute to policy formulation, strategy development, and health systems strengthening initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and government regulations

QUALIFICATION:

  • BDS

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, public health, or consultancy

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Knowledge of public health programs, policy frameworks, and healthcare systems

  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management
