Role & Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures independently
• Diagnose and manage surgical conditions including complex cases
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Lead surgical teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary departments
• Maintain accurate surgical records and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety, and ethical standards
Qualification
• MBBS with specialisation in General Surgery
• MS / FRCS / Board Certification in General Surgery is required
• UAE MOH or DHA eligibility or valid license is preferred
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Surgeon
• Preferred experience range of 5–10 years
• Proven experience in performing major and complex surgeries
Skills
• Strong clinical judgment and advanced surgical skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and patient management skills
• Ability to handle complex surgical cases independently
