Consultant Gastroenterologist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders
• Perform routine and diagnostic colonoscopies
• Provide outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology services
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, care quality, and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and endoscopy records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams for comprehensive patient care

Qualification
• Consultant qualification in Gastroenterology
• DHA license or DHA eligibility required

Experience
• 1–7 years of post-qualification experience as a Consultant Gastroenterologist
• Proven hands-on experience in diagnostic colonoscopy procedures
• Advanced endoscopic procedures (ERCP / EUS) not required

Skills
• Strong expertise in gastrointestinal diagnosis and management
• Proficiency in routine and diagnostic colonoscopies
• Excellent patient care and clinical decision-making skills
• Native-level English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
