Consultant Doctor - Jubliee Hills

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, including medical history assessment and accurate diagnosis of dermatological and trichological conditions.
• Recommend and explain personalised treatment plans based on clinical suitability, safety, and client expectations.
• Perform or supervise aesthetic and cosmetology procedures including Laser Hair Reduction, Laser Skin Treatments, Chemical Peels, PRP Therapy, Microneedling, Botox, Fillers, Threads, and other injectables as per training and competency.
• Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters, consent forms, progress notes, and follow-up records.
• Educate clients about procedures, risks, outcomes, timelines, and post-treatment care.
• Build long-term client relationships through ethical guidance, empathy, and transparent communication.
• Collaborate with clinic staff, technicians, and consultants to ensure smooth clinical operations.
• Support ethical treatment conversions while prioritising medical suitability and patient safety.
• Participate in internal training programs and contribute to SOP and process improvements.

Qualification

• MBBS / BDS / MDS from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration with relevant Medical or Dental Council.

Experience

• MBBS: 1–2 years of experience (dermatology / cosmetology exposure preferred).
• BDS / MDS: 3–5 years of experience in cosmetology, dermatology, or trichology.

Skills

• Strong expertise in skin and hair consultation, counselling, and aesthetic procedures.
• Hands-on experience with lasers, chemical peels, PRP, injectables, and blood extraction.
• Excellent communication, client counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ethical, confident, and patient-centric approach to aesthetic medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume clinical environment.
