Consultant Dentist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform dental diagnosis and treatments including restorations, RCTs, extractions, crown and bridge procedures
• Handle routine dental OPD cases and manage dental emergencies
• Maintain sterilization standards and adhere to clinic safety and infection control protocols
• Provide patient counselling, treatment explanations, post-procedure care, and follow-ups
• Perform aesthetic skin and hair treatments such as HydraFacial, chemical peels, laser hair removal, acne and pigmentation care, anti-aging facials
• Customize aesthetic treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Monitor treatment progress and maintain before-and-after clinical records
• Ensure smooth patient experience and educate patients about procedures and outcomes
• Coordinate with front desk and tele-calling teams to support patient conversions
• Maintain accurate documentation, consent forms, and treatment reviews

Qualifications
• BDS or MDS from a recognized institution
• Certification in Aesthetic Medicine / Clinical Cosmetology (mandatory or preferred)
• Valid dental registration

Experience
• 0–5 years of clinical experience
• Freshers with relevant aesthetic training are eligible

Skills
• Proficiency in RCT and general dental procedures
• Knowledge of cosmetic dentistry
• Hands-on skills in aesthetic skin and hair treatments
• Strong patient communication and counselling abilities
• Attention to clinical safety, hygiene, and ethical practice
• Ability to manage OPD independently
• Documentation and case management skills
