Consultant and Head of Department

Roles & responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Develop and implement advanced rehabilitation programs across multiple specialties
• Supervise, mentor, and support physiotherapy staff and allied healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practices
• Oversee departmental operations, resource planning, and service optimization
• Contribute to research, innovation, and continuous learning within the department
• Promote preventive care, wellness programs, and patient education

Qualification:
• Master’s or higher degree in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Sciences from a recognized institution

Experience:
• Extensive clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation
• Prior leadership or departmental management experience preferred
