About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Provide primary healthcare services in rural and urban areas of North 24 Parganas
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and provide general healthcare to community members
• Implement health programs and ensure their execution in collaboration with local health authorities
• Educate the community on preventive healthcare measures, sanitation, and wellness
• Monitor and report health statistics and trends in the community
• Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient data
• Participate in emergency response and health campaigns in the area
• Coordinate with medical professionals, local organizations, and government bodies for community health improvement

Qualifications
• Nursing, GNM, or BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
• Valid medical registration
• Experience in community health or primary care is a plus
