About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key accounts including hospitals and healthcare institutions
• Drive sales growth, market share, and successful commercialization of Aspen products
• Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
• Identify growth opportunities, generate leads, and expand product adoption
• Support product launches and promotional initiatives in collaboration with sales teams
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, medical, market access, and supply chain teams
• Gather market insights and provide feedback to support strategy and product positioning
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Exposure to OTC, Dermatology, or Women’s Health preferred
Skills
• Professional key account management capability
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Market and industry knowledge
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Ability to manage ambiguity, pressure, and multiple priorities
• Active listening and learning agility
