Clinical Research Physician

Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust clinical development
• Capture safety reports and manage medical writing and scientific communications
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Support documentation, audit/inspection readiness, and project management activities
• Manage lifecycle of clinical development processes, including regulatory strategy and compliance

Qualification
• MD with 5-10 years of relevant experience
• DM in Clinical Pharmacology with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO clinical development

Experience
• 5-10 years of experience in clinical research and development
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry clinical development processes, regulatory strategy, and lifecycle management

Skills
• Expertise in clinical research and development processes
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and strategy
• Experience in medical writing, documentation, and audit readiness
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
