Clinical Research Associate

Roles & Responsibilities
• Complete Gen Med, project-specific, therapeutic, protocol, and clinical research training required to perform CRA duties
• Gain hands-on experience by working closely with Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and Clinical Operations Lead (COL) teams
• Support site selection, site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and contracted scope of work
• Assist in delivering protocol-related training to allocated study sites under supervision of the local CRA
• Support in establishing and maintaining regular communication with study sites to manage expectations and address issues
• Assist in evaluating site quality and protocol adherence; escalate quality concerns to the Clinical Operations Lead
• Support tracking of regulatory submissions, approvals, recruitment, and patient enrollment progress
• Under supervision, monitor trial milestones, identify issues, and escalate as appropriate
• Facilitate preparation and archiving of study documents, including maintenance of Trial Master File (TMF) in electronic systems
• Support preparation of study submission packages

Qualification
• Bachelor of Science
• UAE National with UAE Family Book
• Degree completed within the last 3 years

Experience
• 0–2 years of experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
