Clinical Research Associate

Roles & Responsibilities
• Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with exposure to Sales & Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, and support functions
• Complete required general medicine, project-specific, and CRA training (GCP, ICH, protocol, and therapeutic areas)
• Work alongside Clinical Research Associates (CRA) and Clinical Operations Leads (COL) to gain hands-on clinical research experience
• Support site selection, site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits under supervision
• Assist in training investigational sites on study protocols and maintain regular communication with sites
• Support monitoring of study progress including regulatory submissions, approvals, recruitment, and enrollment
• Track trial execution milestones and escalate quality or compliance issues to COL as required
• Support preparation, maintenance, and archiving of study documents and TMF
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and develop foundational management and leadership skills

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree obtained within the last 3 years
• UAE National with valid UAE Family Book

Experience
• Fresh graduates or early-career candidates
• Prior exposure to clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences is an advantage

Skills
• Strong interest in clinical research and healthcare development
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn GCP, ICH, SOPs, and clinical trial processes
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn clinical systems
