Clinical Publishing Coordinator
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Follow departmental SOPs, work instructions, and publishing guidelines
• Complete assigned training within specified timelines
• Execute day-to-day clinical publishing tasks with accuracy and productivity
• Create and modify investigator manuals, requisitions, and study-related documents as per SOW requirements
• Coordinate language translations of project documents to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate documentation packages
• Maintain proper documentation control and version management
• Escalate issues or delays to management proactively
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology or related field
Experience
• Experience in clinical publishing, clinical research, or regulatory documentation preferred
• Freshers with strong documentation skills may also be considered (as per company criteria)
Skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet strict timelines and productivity targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with document management systems preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
