Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre is hiring a Clinical Pharmacologist for its Mumbai (Charni Road) location. Responsibilities

• Recommend evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews (DURs)
• Support antibiotic stewardship and safe antimicrobial practices
• Identify drug-related problems and propose patient-centric solutions
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and ADR reporting
Required Qualifications
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) – Mandatory
• 0–3 years of clinical experience (preferably hospital-based)
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication safety
Educational Requirements:
• Pharm.D from a recognized institution
Experience and Skills:
• Exposure to chemotherapy, immunosuppressants, transplant, or critical care preferred
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and ADR reporting
• Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
