Role & Responsibilities
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Manage a varied and complex workload, ensuring best practice care for patients.
• Provide services in specialties including renal, oncology, general medicine, surgical, and mental health.
• Promote and maintain high standards of pharmacy care in hospital settings.


Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Pharmacology.
• Hospital pharmacy experience essential.
• AHPRA registration required.
• Police check (within the past 6 months).
• Driver’s license and Australian work rights.
