Job Description

• Support patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees

Responsibilities
• Deliver accurate and timely dispensing of medications in line with hospital protocols
• Conduct clinical review of medication charts and ensure safe medication reconciliation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain knowledge of Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) requirements and hospital pharmacy policies

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent
• Full general registration as a pharmacist in Australia (AHPRA) or New Zealand (PCNZ)

Experience And Skills
• Previous dispensing or clinical experience in an Australian or New Zealand hospital or community pharmacy
• Clinical setting experience highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of PBS highly regarded
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
