Clinical Data Associate II

Role & Responsibilities
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, updating data management databases as required
• Track and resolve data clarifications and queries, including implementing CRF designs
• Review data listings and ensure consistency of data, resolving validation issues
• Provide project-specific status reports to management and clients regularly
• Perform data management tasks like Serious Adverse Event (SAE) and third-party vendor reconciliations
• Contribute to clinical protocol documents, study reports, and statistical analysis plans
• Collaborate with teams for study setup and study data management
• Produce and validate analysis-ready datasets supporting accurate safety and efficacy assessments

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum 1.6 to 3 years of experience in clinical data management
• Experience with RAVE / Veeva EDC is required
• Working knowledge of clinical trial methodology, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
