Clinical Data Associate II

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead advanced data review and data cleaning activities to ensure data integrity and inspection readiness
• Identify, resolve, and update data discrepancies in the data management database
• Generate, track, and resolve data clarifications and queries
• Review data listings, validation outputs, and data management reports for accuracy and consistency
• Perform Serious Adverse Event and third-party vendor reconciliations
• Support CRF design and implement updates in the electronic data capture system
• Produce project-specific status reports for CDM management and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, WPDs, and regulatory requirements

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic qualification

Experience
• Minimum 1.6 to 3 years of experience in Clinical Data Management
• Hands-on experience with RAVE or Veeva EDC required

Skills
• Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes and workflows
• Good understanding of clinical trial terminology, protocols, and Data Validation Manuals
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in interactive computer systems and data management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of clinical and proprietary data
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in team-based or independent environments
