About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead commercial engagement and growth within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams, and institutional stakeholders
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with broader commercial objectives
• Conduct professional field visits and educational meetings to deliver clear, evidence-based clinical discussions
• Share scientific information responsibly while ensuring ethical promotional practices
• Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor feedback to refine local strategies
• Track territory performance, sales metrics, and growth indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, marketing, supply chain) to ensure strong execution
• Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve patient reach and outcomes
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of field activities

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, or Medical background preferred)
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and mobile reporting tools
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Experience
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in pharmaceutical sales, field roles, or account management
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Experience organizing professional meetings or educational events is an advantage

Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages
• Ability to interpret and communicate scientific/clinical information effectively
• Strong territory planning and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
